  • Developed the vision and strategy for a Fortune 500 software company's global partner satisfaction and partner council programs.
  • Spearheaded the successful worldwide rollout of both programs over a two-year period.
  • Designed satisfaction surveys, analyzed results and helped drive action planning and tracking process.
  • Developed agendas, themes, meeting materials and action reports for partner councils.

Result:

For the first time in the company's history, it established an integrated global partner feedback program. Based on partner feedback, action plans were developed and investments were prioritized, resulting in improved partner satisfaction and stronger partner relationships.
